Our sincerest apologies as our Phone System continues to fail intermittently. We are in the process of trouble shooting and replacing network equipment as required, however this is a gradual process. As of Monday February 15, 2021, our telephones will not be answered between 8am and 8:30am Monday thru Friday. This is to allow our Reception Team to admit surgical patients as efficiently as possible.
We continue to have several safety measures in place and ask that you do the following:
We will only be allowing two clients into the Reception area at one time. MASK WEARING IS REQUIRED for entry and social distancing rules are in effect. Please note, clients finishing their appointments may also be waiting out of sight to check out. A Reception Team member may ask you to wait just a moment to make room for exiting clients.
If you are arriving for a scheduled appointment (including surgery drop off), please proceed to Reception. If there are already two clients in Reception, please line up to the right of the entrance and one of our Reception Team Members will let you know when it is safe for you to enter.
