We will be closed on Thursday September 30th in observance of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
We will continue to practice social distancing measures and masks will continue to be required for entry in to our facility for the foreseeable future. We will regularly re-evaluate our safety protocols and take advise from both the Province and our governing body. We will keep you updated when there are any changes to our COVID-19 protocols. We thank you for your continued cooperation and patience. The safety of our clients and our team members continues to be a priority.
Our telephones will not be answered between 8am and 8:30am Monday thru Friday. This is to allow our Reception Team to admit surgical patients as efficiently as possible.
We continue to have several safety measures in place and ask that you do the following:
We will only be allowing two clients into the Reception area at one time. MASK WEARING IS REQUIRED for entry and social distancing rules are in effect. Please note, clients finishing their appointments may also be waiting out of sight to check out. A Reception Team member may ask you to wait just a moment to make room for exiting clients.
If you are arriving for a scheduled appointment (including surgery drop off), please proceed to Reception. If there are already two clients in Reception, please line up to the right of the entrance and one of our Reception Team Members will let you know when it is safe for you to enter.
