Having both in-house and send-out diagnostics services allows us to offer comprehensive health care for your pets and ensures that the most non-invasive tools are used whenever possible.
Through x-ray and ultrasound, we can visualize our patients’ internal structures to assess any potential problems. Dr. Chris Tom is certified in PennHip testing to identify hip dysplasia.
Through blood, urine and fecal tests we can evaluate organ function and parasitic diseases.
ECGs (including Holter monitoring) and blood pressure monitors allow us to diagnose abnormal heart rhythms and cardiovascular performance. Dr. Joanna Piercy is well versed in the use of these tools.
